Alpine Mountain is a really great place to ski or board. This snow center is a fun place to visit with family and friends. It is conveniently located in the Pocono Mountains and is easily accessible from New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia.
There are 21 trails at Alpine Mountain. Three are green, twelve are blue and six are single, black diamond runs. The variety makes it a great place for groups with different levels of skiers. Snow tubing is also available at a nominal fee. Lessons can be obtained at a very reasonable price and the packages they offer make for some really great deals.
Lodging can be found nearby and varies from more expensive hotels to small motels and bed and breakfasts. The area has tons of clubs, bars and restaurants so the après ski fun is certainly to please any visitor to Alpine Mountain Ski and Ride Center.
There are many other things to do in the area as well. There are incredible candle shops, petting zoos, a rattlesnake museum, and farms of the Amish. This is a versatile area which will certainly keep everyone occupied with tons of things of things to do.
