Apple Mountain Ski Resort may be small in size but it is big on hospitality and fun. There are twelve groomed trails. Five are for beginners, five are designed for intermediate skiers and two were created for advanced levels. The resort is serviced by one chair lift and four tow ropes. The terrain park is challenging and has a variety of rails and boxes. Night skiing is very popular at this resort.
Because there are only 52 inches of snowfall annually, Apple Mountain Ski Resort has gone to great lengths to ensure that they have one hundred percent snow making capabilities. The grooming equipment used is second to none.
There are two restaurants on the slopes. They are both reasonably priced and offer typical American cuisine. There are private dining rooms as well as banquet facilities for large parties and wedding receptions.
Lodging is available nearby and varies in price depending upon the location of the motel and its amenities. Après ski activities are not too far away from the Apple Mountain Ski Resort. There is a wide range of things to do in town. Bars and a variety of restaurants will keep everyone content. There is also a movie theater, bowling alley and several pool halls in the area.
