Attitash Bear Peak Ski Area is comprised of two mountains, Attitash and Bear Peak. The 77 trails are serviced by eleven chairlifts. The lifts are able to move over 14,000 people per hour so there are only minimal wait times, it any. Almost half of the trails are expert runs. Only 20% are rated for beginner level skiers. Snowmaking capabilities are for 98% of their terrain although the average annual snowfall is 155 inches.
The Terrain Park is the biggest in the area and boasts ramps, hits, jibs and rails. Cross country and tree skiing are popular activities at Attitash. Lessons are available at a nominal charge.
Lodging is readily available with many being ski in and ski out. There is a conference center available for meetings. The après ski nightlife is varied and abundant
Attitash was a wonderful place for a ski holiday. There were two interconnected mountains and an incredible amount of diverse terrain. The snowmaking capabilities were good because all the trails were open. The glades were fun and they have some wide open runs that allowed for great speed.
