The skiing area comprises of 30 kilometres of runs, two chairlifts and a T-bar, which take skiers up over 2500 metres and facilitates skiing all the way down from open mountainside, through tree-lined cruising runs and down to the village. There is also a separate beginner’s area with two drag lifts. The ski runs also criss-cross the sledging runs that also wind their way down the Albula pass. There are a number of tobogganing runs to choose from to suit all abilities and even one floodlit run for nocturnal adrenaline junkies.
There are a handful of hotels in the picturesque village but much more chalet-type alternatives. Less than a thousand inhabitants lend even more charm to Bergun, than its more well-known neighbour of St Moritz.
