Bukovel is one of the newest ski resorts in Ukraine and 30 km from Yaremcha. There are 14 ski lifts and 50 km of runs with plans for expansion and skiers and snowboarders can enjoy the modern resort facilities. This is the second highest ski centre in Ukraine at 900m with the highest ski lift at 1370metres above sea level. Bukovel has a good mix of beginner, intermediate and advanced ski runs and one piste is open for night skiing.
The resort has a fitness centre with sauna, a ski school, ice skating rink and snowmobiling. Cross country skiing is also available in Bukovel. Nearby attractions include the city of Kiev.
