Camelback Ski Resort is located in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. It is a very well-known and popular resort in the Northeastern United States. The resort prides itself of ensuring that everyone has a great time. The staff is friendly and helpful to all guests.

Camelback Ski Resort gets 50 inches of snow annually and has 100 percent snowmaking capabilities. The exceptional snow making equipment can produce enough snow to cover 2 acres with 1 foot of snow in an hour. All of the 160 acres of skiable terrain are well lit for night skiing.

There are 34 trails serviced by 15 lifts at Camelback Ski Resort. 39 percent of the trails are dedicated for beginner use and 26 percent are considered to be intermediate runs. There are 26 percent used by advanced enthusiasts. 9 percent of the trails at Camelback are double black diamond, expert only runs. The longest run is 5,280 feet.

The terrain park at Camelback is a whopping 200 acres. The staff consistently changes the location of the elements and adds new ones to keep things interesting and challenging.

There are numerous condo rentals on Camelback Mountain that are either walking distance to the slopes or ski in and ski out. Motels, bed and breakfasts and romantic resorts are all within a short drive of Camelback Ski Resort. The prices of lodging vary according to the quality of the accommodations.

Restaurants are plentiful in the Pocono Mountains. There are loads of fast food places, delis, diners and full service restaurants from which to choose. The dining options are many and there will be certainly something to please everyone.

The après ski fun is immense. There are tons of pubs and bars, most have live entertainment on the weekends. Nightclubs for those who wish to dance and drink are abundant. Quaint shops are everywhere for those that enjoy shopping. Bowling, skating and historical sites are nearby the Camelback Ski Resort.
