This place is located in Italy, more exactly, in the Apennine region, being a large resort, consisting out of 13 lifts, from which 7 are chair lifts and 6 are surface lifts. These offer skiers a stunning 700 meters of vertical descent. Campo Felice has 19 ski trails, with a total length of 30 kilometers. The ski resort is mostly suitable for beginner and intermediate skiers, and even for snowboarders. Also, there are 10 kilometers of cross country ski trails in the near-by area. One quarter of the resort’s ski trails are covered by snowmaking. The nearest train station is at L’Aquila and the nearest airport is located at Rome. In this tourist resort you can rent snow mobiles and drive them in the wild parts of the Apennine region.
