With over 1000 hectares of skiable terrain the resort of Caviahue offers the longest ski season in the Southern hemisphere.
The ski village lies at the foot of the Copahue Volcano in the heart of the Andes and offers 20km of good ski runs serviced by 8 ski lifts. One of the classic features of this resort is the off piste descent from the volcano crater to the base of the village, 8km in length.
Caviahue has a ski school and facilities for cross country skiing, snowboarding and dog sleds. Why not relax after a day’s skiing in one of the natural thermal baths heated by the volcano.
