Champex is a small lake-side ski resort with approximately 15 kilometers of downhill skiing. Champex also has 30 kilometers of cross-country skiing with 1.5 kilometers being accessible at night. The ski season typically runs from December through April. Snow is generally reliable because of elevations above 2000 meters above sea level.
