Located at 1980 metres above sea level in Central Patagonia Chapelco has 22 runs of variable difficulty and suiting all levels of experience. The 140 hectares of skiable terrain and stunning scenery amidst forests and across to the Lanín Volcano make for exhilarating skiing. Nordic skiing is very popular at Chapelco, and a dedicated park for snowboarding ensures that all levels of the sport can be practiced here. These include half pipe, big air, parallel slalom and fun park. Chapelco also has a ski school and equipment hire. Husky sledding, snowmobiling and snow shoe walks are also available in Chapelco.
