Cooper Spur Mountain Resort is a family friendly resort. It has 10 trails on 50 skiable acres. There are 4 beginner, 4 intermediate and 2 advanced level runs. The vertical drop is 350 feet. One double chairlift and a beginner tow rope service the trails. Snow tubing is another activity offered at the resort. Lessons are available at a reasonable cost.
There are many choices for lodging within Cooper Spur Mountain Resort. Log homes, cabins, condos as well as hotel guestrooms can accommodate even the largest family. Dining is available onsite and quite affordable. Specials are run daily, such as Taco Tuesdays when it is $5.00 for all the tacos you choose to eat.
