My family loved Crested Butte Mountain Resort! It is very hard to find a ski area that doesn't have us bored at the end of the day, this was it! There were loads of double black diamond trails which kept us busy and exhilarated all day. The powder was awesome and no lines at all when we were there. We will be going back to Crested Butte soon! The Crested Butte mountain Resort ski area is located at Mount Crested Butte, CO. They have 121 trails with 165 lifts servicing them. They have 3 terrain parks, with one of them being a beginner park. A pefect spot for skiing for any level skier. They also have an adventure park for year round ice skating, a climbing wall and tubing. A unique experience they offer is a snow cat driving experience. They go around the machine and explain it functionality and allow some drive time. They do have nice dining and lodging in the area along with nightlife. So even if you are not a skier you will find plenty to do in the area. JH
