The ski resort of Duved is located in the west portion of the Are ski resort area in the Jamtland County of Sweden. Are is comprised of a number of ski resorts interlinked by a series of slopes and ski lifts.
The area is popular amongst ski enthusiasts largely due to the beautiful natural surroundings Duved sits in and the fabulous descents on which to perfect your run. There are 100km of slopes in Duved suited to skiers of all levels, particularly those at beginner or intermediate levels. There are 10km of black runs and 44km of red runs featuring winding turns and wooded terrain, which are perfect for testing the skill of advanced to expert skiers.
Duved also features 180km of terrain for cross-country skiing as well as snowboarding parks and half pipes. Duved can be accessed easily by road including public transport and has a wide range of hotels, chalets, lodges, guesthouses and other accommodation choices to pick from.
