Eagle Rock Resort is situated in the Blue Mountains of Pennsylvania. This is a family friendly yet upscale resort. There are 43 skiable acres and a vertical drop of 550 feet. The snow making equipment is state of the art and can provide the entire ski area with white powder. The average snowfall is only twenty inches annually.
There are 14 trails at Eagle Rock Resort. All trails are illuminated for night skiing. Sixty percent of the runs are dedicated to beginners and ten percent are for intermediate skiers and riders. Thirty percent of the terrain is strictly for advanced snow enthusiasts. The four lifts can move approximately 4,000 people per hour.
The terrain and jib parks are geared to keep all freestyle skiers and riders challenged. The snow tubing park provides snow fun for the entire family.
The Lodge and The Inn are the two lodging options on the mountain. The facilities are spectacular and high end. For those on a smaller budget, motels and bed and breakfasts are available in town.
There are 2 restaurants at Eagle Rock Resort. The Panorama Grill provides casual dining while the Club House offers guests a fine dining experience.
The après ski crowd will enjoy the many bars in Hazelton. There are also a few nightclubs boasting live bands on the weekends.
