Howelsen offers ski jumping and is the largest natural ski jumping facility in the United States. The terrain park keeps skiers and boarders enthralled. Cross country skiing is available.

Howelsen Hill is owned by the city of Steamboat Springs therefore has very reasonable prices. This is a family friendly resort that emphasizes the importance of working hard to attain goals. They have produced my Olympians.

Howelsen is a must ski area for expert level skiers. The trails are exceptionally challenging and have a variety of terrain. More than half of all the trails at Howelsen are expert so it is nearly impossible to get bored. No expert skier should miss this place. My family is already planning our trip for this season!
