Javalambre is a really small town and municipality in the Spanish province of Teruel. This tourist resort has only 500 inhabitants, and surely cannot compete with the other Spanish mountainous stations. However, due to its location, Javalambre is part of the Aramon Ski Area from which tourists can have access to 202 individual runs. In total there are 7 kilometers of ski runs. Another pro is that any tourist can ski or snowboard from Javalambre to other near-by tourist resorts, such as Cerler, Formigal, Valdelinares and Panticosa. The ski resort itself is located at an altitude of 1500 meters, so skiing and snowboarding are possible activities in the area. There are ski trails to suit a wide range of abilities. Furthermore, there are numerous hotels, restaurants and bars located in the center of Javalambre.
