La Parva ski centre is just 38 km from Santiago and part of the largest ski centre in Chile when combined with Valle Nevado and El Colorado-Farellones. It has a large ski school with over 70 instructors and a number of restaurants, hotels a hospital, and shops. La Parva has a ski area stretching over 38km and has 32 slopes interconnected with Valle Nevado ski centre. The longest run stretches 4km in length. La Parva has 14 ski lifts including several chair lifts. Snow shoeing, snow boarding and heli skiing are all available from this resort.
