At 2200 metres above sea level Lagunillas is one of the highest ski resorts in the world and located near the town of San José de Maipo. With 200 hectares of ski terrain this report offers a variety of runs for all levels of skier. There are 13 ski runs with servicing lifts and some floodlit night skiing available. Lagunillas is also a popular centre for snowboarding and for cross country skiing.
A ski school is available as well as equipment rental facilities and a number of restaurants. Lagunillas is located amongst some of the most stunning mountain scenery in Chile.
