Leitariegos

Leitariegos is a very small Spanish ski resort, with just three ski lifts: one chair lift and two surface lifts. In the area there is a 420 meters vertical descent, which makes Leitariegos to have over 7 runs on its acres of land. It is best suited to beginner skiers, and even to snowboarders.

There are even some snowboarding facilities in the area, such as a terrain park and a half pipe. It is important to note the fat that the nearest airport is at Leon / Oviedo. Also, there are several ski resorts close to Leitariegos, like Valgrande-Pajares at 53 kilometers, along with Fuentes de Invierno and San-Isidro, both at a distance of 86 kilometers. Because it is a very small resort, it has only five and a half kilometers to ski.
