For some great skiing this is a perfect choice for those that enjoy both day and night skiing. It is not a large area but is conveniently located in Cornwall Connecticut. It has 24 runs with the longest being 1.25 miles. In 2009 there was a triple chair lift installed.
In total it has 6 chair lifts. This is a resort that has had its problems in the past however withstood being hit by a tornado in 1989. In fact the devastation to the trees still remains to this day.
The resort rebounded though and is better than ever and well known for creating the snow gun.
Snowmaking averages about 95%. Beginners are easily accommodated with the opportunity to perfect their skills on the two "wonder carpets"
