Rabka Zdroj in the Tatra Mountains is a small ski resort with three lifts covering a wide area. There are three slopes for intermediate and advanced skiers with a further four for beginners. Maciejowa ski run is suited for beginners and cross country skiers and has a descent of 200 metres.
Polczakowka is another popular run in the town which is also floodlit. The resort has a toboggan run and sledging and is also well known as a spa town. Ski rental and lessons are locally available in Rabka Zdroj.
