The Red River Ski Area is a family friendly resort. They offer ski packages in conjunction with certain lodging facilities where kids ski and stay free! There is a vertical drop of 1,600 feet. The average annual snowfall is 214 inches and they can manufacture snow for 85 percent of the mountain.
Red River Ski Area has 57 trails that are serviced by 7 lifts. Beginners can utilize 32 percent of the slopes while intermediate skiers and riders can enjoy 38 percent of the runs. The final 30 percent of the trails are for advanced snow enthusiasts only. There are 3 terrain parks so everyone who enjoys freestyle will have a good time.
Dining and lodging are both available on the mountain. The après ski place to be is the Lift House Bar and Grill located slope side.
