Saint Colomban ski resort, France

Located in the Alpes du Sud region of southern France, this is a large resort and has 4 chair lifts along with 11 surface lifts and 5 gondolas/cable cars.

This is a small resort with only 10 runs, and most are best for intermediate skiers and snowboarders. There are two each of green and blue runs, and three each of red and black ones. Eight ski lifts service the area, and the lowest piste is at 2,230 meters.

The resort is part of the Les Sybelles Ski Region, and there are 128 total pistes, and the lifts gives access to ski and snowboard runs in half a dozen other resorts.

As most of the skiing takes place at low elevations, the snow coverage can be uncertain, and the resort has 2 snow cannons for one km of the runs. Half a dozen hotels service the general area, and several of them provide easy and direct access to the pistes.
