The Saklikent winter resort is located about 45 km from Antalya, Turkey. Skiers visiting this ski hill may be able to get to this ski resort through the Antalya International Airport. It is about a 60 km drive from the Antalya airport to Saklikent Ski area.
Accommodations are available adjacent to the ski runs. The recently renovated Saklikent Motel has a 95 bed capacity and each room comes with free breakfast, lunch, dinner and unlimited ski-pass. The Saklikent mountain ranges in altitude from 1850 metres to 2400 metres above sea level. This ski mountain has a vertical drop of 400 metres.
This ski area has one Double chair and one T-bar ski lift. The Karakaya chair lift starts from 1900 metres and climbs to 2400 metres above sea level with a capacity of 800 persons per hour. The Saklibel Ski lift is 645 metres long and has a capacity of 400 guests per hour. Overall the three lifts have an uphill capacity of 1300 guests per hour. There are 2 trails here equally divided into Beginners – 50% and Advanced – 50%.
There is a ski and snowboard rental facility here. Also, an instruction school helps out the beginners to learn and have fun in the snow. Après ski activities may include trekking, rock climbing, paragliding, hunting and a swim in the Mediterranean Sea.
