Savognin

This open and inviting ski resort is known as a carving paradise with extra long slopes that are wide and extensive. Guests can ski without the worry of running into someone next to them as there is a lot of room for everyone.

		Accommodations Limited lodging is available near Savognin. There are two hotels nearby, one of which is the three star Danilo & Piana Hotel offering 100 beds and 51 rooms. The attractive yet rustic hotel offers convenient ski access and quality dining. Tracks/Slopes Seven drag lifts and three chair lifts supply the service needed to transport skiers and snowboarders to every run on the mountain. There are 33 km of easy runs, 37 km of medium difficulty runs and 10 km of free ride and open runs for a total of 80 km of powdery and well groomed slopes. Other Activities Dog sledding and cross country skiing is popular at the resort and offers an alternative to skiing. Snow tubing, paragliding, ice skating and curling are also available. Winter hiking trails extend 65 km and provide outdoor adventures for the entire family.
