Sawkill Family Ski Center is a small, family friendly ski area that has a little bit of everything. Although it is only a 4 acre facility, there is much to do. Skiers and riders can enjoy 7 slopes. Beginners can have fun on 60 percent of the runs while intermediates have access to 30 percent of the trails. Advanced enthusiasts only have 10 percent of the terrain however it is challenging. There is a terrain park, snow tubing area and 2km of trails for cross country skiers.
There is a snack bar at Sawkill Family Ski Center. Dining and lodging are available nearby. In town, there are numerous pubs, sports bars and pool halls for après ski fun.
