Schladming ski resort, Austria

Accommodations

Numerous hotels and lodging accommodations are scattered throughout the resort.  The luxurious Sporthotel Royer Superior is a four and a half star hotel located at the resort and an indoor swimming pool and play area for the children.  For something a bit more budget friendly, there are conveniently placed apartments and holiday rentals scattered throughout the mountain resort.

Tracks/Slopes

Convenient access to slopes of all abilities is provided by six drag lifts, seven chair lifts and two cable cars.  There are 5 km of easy terrain for beginner skiers, 25 km for intermediate skiers and 2 km for the advanced skier on the difficult slopes. 

Other Activities

Alternative activities to skiing include paragliding, curling and sleigh trips.  Sleigh rides are a relaxing way to enjoy the alpine scenery while snuggling up to your loved one.  Sleigh trips are available to nearby hotels or through the winter trails.
