Ski Beech is one of the few ski areas located in North Carolina. There are 95 skiable acres with a vertical drop of 830 feet. They are equipped to make snow for all of the terrain at the resort. There are 10 lifts that service the 15 trails. Beginners will be happy with their 2 trails while intermediates can access 7 runs. The remaining 4 slopes are reserved for advanced skiers and riders. The 2 terrain parks will keep all levels of freestyle enthusiasts busy. Ice skating and snow tubing are also popular activities at the resort.
Lodging is available on the mountain at a variety of venues. Restaurants are available at the resort and at other nearby locations. Lounges are abundant both on the mountain and in town.
