Snowstar Winter Sports Park is a family friendly area. There are 28 skiable acres with a vertical drop of 262 feet. The annual average snowfall is 38 inches but they have state of the art snowmaking equipment to cover the entire area with snow. The 6 lifts can move 7,200 people per hour.
There are 14 trails on the mountain with the longest being 2,000 feet. One quarter of the runs are for beginners. Intermediates can use half of the terrain. The remaining quarter of the trails are strictly for advanced enthusiasts. The terrain parks have a variety of elements and will thrill all levels of freestyle skiers and riders. A snow tubing park is available onsite. Night skiing is available on the mountain.
Lodging is available in the area as are numerous restaurants. There are tons of things to do in town for après ski fun. There are sports bars, pubs and casinos that will keep everyone happy.
