Suanbo Sajo ski resort

Excellent snow conditions and naturally heavy snowfall make the Suanbo Sajo ski resort a popular place to take the family for skiing. Located in the mid-region of South Korea, this resort is also close to a hot springs and is easily reached by bus from Seoul International Airport.

Accommodations at this ski mountain include 50 Condominiums and a Youth hostel with 70 rooms.  Additional lodgings are available nearby. Visitors can ski all day and then enjoy the hot springs at night.

There are nine slopes on Suanbo Sajo ski resort which are rated Beginners – 22%, Intermediate -56% and Advanced – 22%. A total of 4 lifts service the slopes.

The operating hours are from 10 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 4 PM. Night skiing is offered from 7 PM to 9 PM. Almost 4000 ski and snowboarding rental equipment are available here. The winter season begins mid-December and usually ends by early March.

There are slopes which measures 120 metres in length dedicated to sledding. Many people enjoy sledding with their families since people of all ages can enjoy it together.

Après ski activities include sledding hill, billiards, seminars, drive-in movies, many restaurants, ski shop and attractions such as Suanbo Hot Springs and the Woraksan National Park.
