The Titcomb Mountain ski area is located at West Farmington, ME. They have 16 trails and a terrain park. Their snowmaking covers 70% of their trails and they offer nighttime sking on selected nights.
They also offer cross country skiing trails if you are so inclined. They do have local rentals on site if you happen to need something. Lessons are available for any age and are priced reasonable.
They have a lodge that offers a fireplace and some home cooked items. Although a smaller resort their easy beginner slopes and other offerings make it a great family spot.
Their schools specialize in kids and offer group lessons after school and on weekends, making it convenient for the kids to learn how to enjoy skiing for life.
