The ski resort of Valdelen is at Argentina’s southernmost tip near the border with Chile and near the town of Rio Turbio.
Valdelen has three ski runs which are aimed at intermediate and beginner level skiers. Two lifts are available in the resort. This resort is not aimed at advanced skiers or for off piste skiing due to the dense forest cover in Valdelen. Valdelen has restaurants and a hotel with more accommodation available in Rio Turbio. One of the smallest resorts in Argentina, it has lots of visitors annually. For non skiing days there are trips available to the Pacific Fjords and the picturesque Towers of Paine.
