Vall de Nuria

Access to this ski resort is confined to the incredibly beautiful cremallera railway. With the arrival of the first snowfall, the Vall de Nuria becomes a comfortable, family oriented tourist resort. It is surrounded by 3000 meter peaks, so skiing is quite limited to only 7 kilometers of slopes, all between 1964 and 2252 meters altitude.

However, what makes this site so popular? Well, the answer is that the runs are fit for both beginners and low intermediate skiers. There are 10 ski trails served by a 4 seater chair lift, and also by a cable car and 2 drag lifts. Vall de Nuria is equipped with all the necessary utilities, such as ski school, a snow park, medical services to ensure comfortable stays, together with equipment hire. These facilities are the reason why Vall de Nuria is an important tourist attraction.
