The slopes are comprised of two green beginner runs, three intermediate blue runs and one advanced red run, accessed by four lifts: one being a chair lift and the other three are surface lifts. For those who prefer a less structured approach to skiing, there are 8km of fantastic cross-country ski trails at the Vallasen ski resort.
The ski season in the Vallasen region last between December to April and during this time the area is covered with regular snowfall. Although there is no slope side accommodation at Vallasen, the surrounding area features a number of hotels, guesthouses and chalets which are very accommodating and tourist-friendly. |
