The steep slopes of Manantiales at 3000-4000metres in the Andes are an ideal location for winter sports activities.
This is an unmanned ski centre, a project to construct a large resort never materialised. Instead there are good cross country skiing routes and lots of powder snow for off piste skiers. This is an area for experienced and technical skiers. Valle Manatialies offers some of the best off piste skiing in the Mendoza region. The resort is part of the Aconcagua National Park in Mendoza and is close to Las Lenas and the famous thermal baths.
