Valle Nevado Ski resort, Chile

One of the centres in the Tres Valles resorts Valle Nevado is the newest and attracts an international client base. Its vast intermediate terrain and home to the only 5 star hotel in Chile are another reason for its popularity.

Valle Nevado has 9000 hectares of ski terrain and the highest ski lift in the Southern Hemisphere. The Tres Puntas lift transports skiers to 3720 metres altitude for an exhilarating ski down to 2860 metres. Ski slopes here are a good mix from beginner to advanced and lots of off piste skiing. Heli skiing is available in Valle Nevado.

Snowboarders are also well catered for with a snow park and half tube. Other attractions include sledging, snowmobiling and powder snow.
